[TO BE CONFIRMED: these terms are a template. Have them reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch, and confirm every marked item]
1. About us
These terms are between you and [TO BE CONFIRMED: legal name of the business], of [TO BE CONFIRMED: registered or trading address] (“we”, “us”). You can contact us on WhatsApp at +33 756754699.
2. The service
We provide subscriptions to an IPTV service in two packages, 4K Premium and HD Premium, for a fixed length of 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, with 1 to 4 simultaneous screens. Each package is described on our plans page.
- Picture quality depends on the source of each programme, your device and your internet connection. 4K is only available where the content is provided in 4K.
- Channels and content available through the service can change.
- [TO BE CONFIRMED: the operator's statement about the rights and licences under which content is supplied]
3. Ordering and when the contract is made
Selecting a plan on this website opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. That is not an order. A contract is formed only when we have confirmed the details of your order with you in writing and you have paid using the payment link we send. [TO BE CONFIRMED: confirm the point at which the contract is formed]
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total for the full subscription length. [TO BE CONFIRMED: confirm whether prices include VAT]. [TO BE CONFIRMED: accepted payment methods]
5. Start, delivery and length
We confirm in the chat when your subscription starts and how your login details are delivered. [TO BE CONFIRMED: delivery timescale and how renewal works at the end of the subscription]
6. Using the service
- You are responsible for having a compatible device, player app and internet connection.
- You may watch on up to the number of screens you have paid for at the same time.
- Keep your login details private and don't share or resell access.
- You are responsible for holding a valid TV Licence where one is required, for example to watch live TV or use BBC iPlayer.
- Player apps and devices are made by third parties; their terms apply to your use of them.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 usually give you 14 days to cancel. Where you ask for a service to start during those 14 days, you may have to pay for the service provided up to the point you cancel, and some rights can be lost once digital content has been supplied with your agreement. [TO BE CONFIRMED: how the cancellation right applies to these subscriptions, confirmed with a legal adviser]
See our refunds and cancellations page for how to cancel.
8. If something goes wrong
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the service isn't as described, please contact us so we can put it right. [TO BE CONFIRMED: limitation of liability wording, reviewed by a legal adviser]
9. Complaints
Contact us on WhatsApp with details of your complaint and we'll respond as soon as we can. [TO BE CONFIRMED: complaints process and response timescale]
10. Law
[TO BE CONFIRMED: governing law and courts]. If you live in the UK, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
