Our refund and cancellation terms

[TO BE CONFIRMED: the business's refund and cancellation terms in plain English: when a refund is available, how it is calculated, and how long it takes]

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +33 756754699 with the name or number you ordered with, the plan you bought and the date. We'll confirm we've received your request in writing.

Your statutory rights

These rights apply whatever our own terms say:

  • Cancelling within 14 days. When you buy at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 usually give you 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start your subscription within that period, you may have to pay for the service provided up to the point you cancel, and the right to cancel can be lost once digital content has been supplied with your agreement.
  • Service as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and match what you were told, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund.

[TO BE CONFIRMED: confirm with a legal adviser how these rights apply to the subscriptions sold]

Before you buy

If you're unsure whether the service will suit your setup, ask us first, or start with a 1-month plan. Our ordering guide and terms explain the process in full.
