What's the difference between 4K Premium and HD Premium?
Picture quality and what your setup needs. 4K Premium streams in up to 4K Ultra HD when a programme is available in 4K, and needs a 4K TV, a 4K-capable device and fast broadband. HD Premium gives HD and Full HD where available, works on any HD TV and costs less. Compare them in our plans guide.
How long can I subscribe for?
1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, on either package. Longer plans cost less per month; shorter plans keep your commitment low. See subscription lengths compared.
What are simultaneous screens?
The number of devices that can watch at the same time: 1, 2, 3 or 4, depending on the plan you choose. Read more in our multiple screens guide.
Which devices are supported?
Most modern streaming devices and smart TVs that can run an IPTV player app, including Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV devices, Apple TV, many Samsung and LG TVs, computers, phones and tablets. Check yours in our devices guide and tell us what you use when you order.
What internet speed do I need?
As a rough guide, allow around 10 Mbps for each screen watching in HD and around 25 Mbps for each screen watching in 4K, with some headroom. Stability matters as much as speed: a wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the best results.
How do I order?
